Three matters needing attention of impact crusher's lubrication

Impact Crusher is a new product that absorbs advanced technologies at home and abroad. This Series equipment can crusher material which max feed size is less than 500mm, compression strength is not more than 320 Mpa (eg: granite, limestone, concrete etc.) With its excellent performance and good performance, impact crusher is widely used in highway, hydroelectric, artificial stone and sand, crushing and building material industry ect.
Imapct crusher is treated as a important equipment in mining, but few users know how to maintain the machine, such as lubrication. So we will introduction three matters.
Firstly: insisting on using the same brand of grease
we must insist on using the same brand of lubrication in daily maintenance, and avoid using the mixing lubricating grease. If we don't pay attention to this point, the probability of failure which the crusher appears will increase 13.2%.
Secondly: paying attention to the seasonal differences
The difference in air temperature between winter with summer is bigger, the storage and choose of grease also depends on the seasonal transformation, and we don't use the same  grease, so that lubrication effect it will backfire. It should also be noted that a grease stored in a cool and dry place, without  packing with woodiness and paper materia.
Thirdly:the grease with right amount, it is about to 1/3 -1/2 of mining machines
If there are too many , it will make the friction torque increases, equipment temperature also will increase, machine wear is more serious. But  if there are too few grease,  the crusher cannot get lubrication and friction. We all know, the suitable volume of broken stone should be put into 1/3 to 1 /2 of mining machinery space. Sometimes according to a situation, we need to add the suitable grease in mine machinery with the different situation.
