Jaw crusher need add lubricating agent in running timely, which all jaw crusher operator man should know about this case. But there are still many workers know not clearly about how to add lubricating agent into jaw crusher. Aiming to this question, Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai) technical staff gives three advices:
First, notice the outside condition of jaw crusher using lubricating agent. In jaw crusher, movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate are the main parts of crushing parts with flexible running, which needs frequent lubricating oil, otherwise the accessory parts will be broken for frequent frication. Here what should be paid attention to is that the oil should be dry grease oil instead of thin oil. Some staff mentions that the dry oil tends to be solidification in winter and this time add some thin oil can avoid concretion to prevent the dry oil from running normally.
Second, notice the volume of lubricating oil added into jaw crusher. In some parts of jaw crusher, thin oil is also needed to be added, but the volume cannot too much or too less. If add too much thin oil, it will cause waste and affect the driving effect. If add too less, it will not have the lubricating effect. The normal volume is about one third of the container.
Finally, notice the temperature when add lubricating oil. In the process of jaw crusher thin oil running, pay more attention to the back oil temperature, which should not access than 60℃. The temperature can be controlled by adjusting economizer valve oil flow or adopting cold water cooling method, thus can ensure a normal production of jaw crusher.
