1. Cone crusher attention items in working
(1). Material ore must be fed in the center of distribution dish without feeding into crushing cavity directly, for this will lead overload of cone crusher with abrasion of scale board.
The right ore material feeding condition is:
a. Ore material is distributed uniformly in the crushing cavity through distribution dish.
b. The height of fed ore should not excess the level of rolling mortar wall.
(2). The maximum size of practical size should not equal to feeding port size, which is no more than 85% of feeding port size, otherwise, it will lead:
a. The output of crushing will decrease.
b. Some parts of crusher will be damaged.
(3). No overload starting of crusher in case of accident.
(4). Stop feeding before stop the machine until the ore is ejected out from crushing cavity.
(5). When working, check the tightening system and lubrication station working situation and handle with accident if found.
2. The output of crusher
The output of crusher is relate to feeding manner, feeding material size, ore ejecting size, ore physical and mechanical properties and temperature. So it has a wide range of output.
3. The change of rolling mortar wall
There are U shape bolt on adjusting ring of rolling mortar wall. And the zinc alloy is added between the two for combination tightly. If it is new installation or changed rolling mortar wall, checking and tightening should be done after 6-8 hours.
4. The replacement of cone crushing wall
Cone crushing wall is fastened on cone body by cone hammer. Also if there is loose, tightening should be done immediately.
5. Catching of toothed wheels
Due to abrasion of circular plate, the interval is changed among gears. To ensure a normal engage, the gasket should added on the bottom of stamped, which the thickness should equal to the abrasion volume of circular plate.
